Frequently asked questions

Taqde is free to download and supported by advertising. Some features may ask you to watch a short rewarded ad first, and the app may offer optional purchases or a subscription billed through Google Play — if it does, the price and what it includes are shown before you confirm anything.

Choose your left or right hand, open it flat in good light and hold it inside the frame. While you hold still, Taqde looks for your palm lines on the phone itself and draws them over the camera image; once it has found them, you take the photo. You can also pick a palm photo from your gallery. The photo is then sent to our reading service to write your result.

A character trait summary and a reading for each line Taqde finds — the heart line, the head line, the life line and, when it is visible, the fate line — drawn over your own photo in their own colours.

The whole palm has to be visible, the fingers slightly spread, the hand flat and straight, and rings or bracelets off. If no palm lines can be found, retake the photo with your open palm in good light.

Pick one of six topics — Luck, Financial, Health, Love, Protection or Business — choose one card from the deck and read its explanation. Taqde uses the 78-card Rider–Waite–Smith deck.

Your Moon sign is the zodiac sign the Moon was in at the moment you were born. The Moon changes sign roughly every two and a half days, so Taqde works it out from your birth date and time with an astronomy library on your phone. The reading covers your emotional nature, emotional needs, instinctive reactions, relationship style and inner personality.

Enter a name, birth date and time and birth place, choose a North Indian, South Indian or Western chart style, and Taqde draws the chart with planetary details for the Lagna and the nine grahas and your current Dasha. The calculation runs on your device. Soul Energy Reading adds a longer read of your Vedic sun sign.

From your birth date: your zodiac sign gives your strengths, weaknesses, lucky numbers and lucky colours, and your life path number — the numerology digit of your birthday — joins your lucky numbers. Each day the app draws three numbers and two colours from that set, so the report changes daily and stays the same all day.

Horoscope text comes from a third-party horoscope provider over the network. If your app language is not English, Taqde can translate it on your device with Google ML Kit, which downloads a language pack the first time.

Agastya is the AI palm guide in AI Chat Palm. Replies are generated automatically and are not written by a person, a psychic or a licensed professional, and they can be wrong. You can report any answer from the chat, and have an answer read aloud with your phone’s text-to-speech voice.

To write a reading, the details you enter (name, birth date and time, birth place, gender) and your palm photo may be sent to the service providers that power that feature. Advertising, analytics and crash-reporting partners also collect technical data. The Privacy Policy lists all of them.
