Before you write

• The scan can't find your palm lines? Open your hand flat with the fingers slightly spread, keep the whole palm inside the frame, use good light and take off rings or bracelets. Follow the hint under the frame until it says the palm is detected. You can also pick a palm photo from your gallery.
• The camera doesn't open? Taqde asks for camera access only for the palm scan. If you declined it, allow it again in your Android settings, or use a photo from your gallery instead.
• A reading or horoscope won't load? The palm reading, the horoscopes and the birth-place search need a connection. Try again once you're back online.
• Your Moon sign looks wrong? The Moon changes sign about every two and a half days, so the birth time matters. Check the birth date and time you entered — they are read in your phone's time zone.
• Translation not appearing? The first time a horoscope is shown in a language other than English, Google ML Kit downloads that language pack; it needs a stable connection, and translation then runs on your device.
• Read aloud does nothing? Taqde speaks with the text-to-speech engine installed on your phone. If your device has none, or no voice for the selected language, install or enable one in your Android settings.
• An answer from Agastya seems off? Use Report under the answer and pick a reason — every report is reviewed.
• Data request? Name the right you are exercising (access, rectification, erasure) so we can route it correctly. The Privacy Policy covers what we collect and who we share it with.
